Kary Holappa

President

Kary Holappa was born on the island of Cozumel Mexico. She was the forth child of five. She has 4 brothers all of which still live on the island with her mother. She has lived in the United States sincs 2018 and became a United States citizen in January 23, 2023. Kary comes from the hospitality industry. She has taken to the construction industry quite easily. Kary is in charge of all accounts payable and receivable. All administrative needs and documentation for subcontractors, insurance companies and client needs are all overseen by Kary.

Started in the construction field in Duluth, MN. Continued while I was in school at the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, MN. Upon graduation and moving to Denver, started the construction company in November 1997. The business has seen and gone through some very exciting changes. We love what we do. We are good at it! We believe communication is extremely important! Our relationships with subcontractors goes back to the first days in business. He have a great team!
